Liturgy is "the summit towards which the activity of the Church is directed...(and) the font from which all her power flows" (Constitution of the Sacred Liturgy, n.10).
Welcome!
Serving in any of our ministries is an excellent opportunity to fulfill our baptismal call of service to one another. Our liturgies utilize the talents and gifts that God has given us and our parish community. Participation in God's work is not only transforming but a gift of charity to our brothers and sisters.
Liturgy means the work of God's people as the Body of Christ, one people, one Church, united in the Son, Father and Spirit; done with love and charity.
Who may be a liturgical minister? A paishioner who feels called to serve and can commit time and talent in any of the following ministries: Readers, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHC), Sacristan, Music, Hospitality/Usher, Altar Guild, Arimatheans, Art and Environment, etc. Collectively our participation in this work, God's love is made manifest however small or involved a minister is able to commit. Allow the transforming love of God flow through our labors. Please prayerfully consider joining one of these ministries.
