To assist the ordinary and clergy in praying for, visiting, and bringing Holy Communion to the sick.

Members are trained to help the priest or deacon in the ministry of the sick.  Primarily, members are adults with flexible schedules.  They arrange to visit and pray with the homebound or those in nursing homes.  Members who are Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion may be asked to bring communion to those who are unable to come to Mass.
