“Those who approach the sacrament of Penance obtain pardon from God’s mercy for the offense committed against him, and are, at the same time, reconciled with the Church which they have wounded by their sins and which by charity, by example, and by prayer labors for their conversion.” (CCC 1422)
Confessions during this time of the coronavirus pandemic are held in the church's vesting sacristy down the hall from the parish office and next to the church narthex, offering extra space for social distancing.
Confession times are Tuesday and Thursday mornings after the 8:30 AM daily Mass, Wednesday evenings from 7:00 – 8:00 PM, and Saturday afternoons from 3:30 - 4:30 PM. If needed, please call or email for an appointment with Father John.
A parish Penance Service with extra confessors is also customary during the seasons of Advent and Lent.
